The Chatham Maroons are getting ready for another season in the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League (GOJHL).
The team announced its home opener will take place on Sunday, September 15 at 7 p.m. against the Komoka Kings.
The Maroons will play six exhibition games, all home-and-home series against the LaSalle Vipers, Sarnia Legionnaires, and Komoka.

- Sunday, August 25 vs. LaSalle @ Thames Campus Arena, 2 p.m.
- Wednesday, August 28 @ Sarnia, 6:40 p.m.
- Friday, August 30 vs. Sarnia @ Thames Campus Arena, 7 p.m.
- Saturday, September 7 @ Komoka, 7:15 p.m.
- Sunday, September 8 vs. Komoka @ Chatham Memorial Arena, 7 p.m.
The GOJHL Showcase will take place December 6-8 in Caledonia, with the Top Prospects game set for December 27 in Elmira.
The GOJHL has realigned into two conferences for this season, with Chatham playing in Conference A, which is made up of 12 teams in total, including LaSalle, Sarnia, Komoka, London, St. Marys, St. Thomas, Strathroy, Elmira, Kitchener-Waterloo, Listowel, and Stratford.
The top 8 teams in each conference will earn a spot in the playoffs, with the playoffs set to start on March 12.
