The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is once again accepting applications for the Together CK Grant.
Funding will be given to local groups who have community events and projects planned for 2025.
CK’s council approved over $400,000 in funding for the grant in 2024.
Community groups can have as much as 50 per cent of costs covered with a maximum of $10,000 for projects and $5,000 for events.
Events with an attendance of over 25,000 people can use the grant to cover 50 per cent of costs for the first $10,000 and 25 per cent of costs for the remaining budget up to $25,000.
The deadline to apply is November 1, 2024, at 4:30 p.m.
All applications will be a reviewed by a committee made up of residents and representatives from multiple municipal departments.
