BlackburnNews.com photoA 50-year-old Chatham resident is charged after a two-vehicle crash on Highway 40 that snarled traffic between Chatham and Wallaceburg Thursday morning.
Ontario Provincial Police said the crash took place at around 6:30 a.m. at the intersection of Hwy. 40 and Electric Line.
No serious injuries were reported.
One of the drivers was charged with failing to yield the right of way.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
