Kiwanis Club of Chatham-Kent holding bottle drive

Your used bottles could help the Kiwanis Club of Chatham-Kent.

The organization is planning to exchange the recyclables for money that they can use to help distribute children’s books.

“The impact of reading and imagination on a child’s life is immeasurable,” said Jennifer Paradis, Membership Chair for The Kiwanis Club of CK. “By participating in Bottles for Books, you’re not only helping to recycle and support a cleaner environment but also investing in a child’s education and imagination.”

The Club will be collecting the bottles from December 27 to January 3. People are asked to sign up online where they’ll be able to choose a time and location for the bottles to be picked up.
