A crash on Highway 401 just east of Chatham-Kent has led to charges against a driver.
Elgin Provincial Police said they were called to a single-vehicle accident in the westbound lanes of the 401 near Rodney on Friday, December 20.
A commercial vehicle entered the centre median of the highway just after 11:30 p.m.
No serious injuries were reported, but following an investigation, a 24-year-old from Brampton was charged with careless driving and issued a three-day driver's licence suspension.
