Charges laid in road rage incident

Provincial police have charged a Chatham-Kent man after a road rage incident near Raleigh.

Elgin County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) said officers responded to the report of a threat on Highway 401 just after 12:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Police said the driver, a 44-year-old man, was arrested without incident. He was charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.

The man was released from police custody with a future court date.
