$160K drug bust in Chatham leads to multiple arrests

Several people have been arrested following a $160,000 drug bust in Chatham.

Chatham-Kent police said officers seized a large quantity of fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin, hydromorphone, nabilone, clonazepam, along with a handgun, cash, digital scales, and packaging materials from a home and rental car in Chatham on Tuesday morning.

Police estimated the street value of the seizure is $160,800.

A 31-year-old man from Chatham, a 49-year-old woman from Chatham, a 23-year-old man from Kitchener, and a 27-year-old man from Kitchener were arrested at the home.

Police noted all four were charged with a multitude of drug trafficking and firearms offences.
