Fait to Comply Arrest

A Wallaceburg man has been arrested and charged with failing to comply with his court orders after allegedly communicating with witnesses and accessing the internet.

Chatham-Kent police reported the 23-year-old was placed under a release order last year prohibiting him from possessing cell phones or electronic devices with internet access unless required for work.

Police alleged that despite the release order, the accused breached the order for several months and was arrested at the Bluewater Bridge in Sarnia on Monday night after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
