Annual Christmas campaign raises $142K for CKHA

The Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation (CKHAF) is celebrating a late Christmas gift.

The organization has officially wrapped up its 36th annual Christmas Wish Tree campaign, which was able to raise just over $142,000.

Despite the holiday being three weeks ago, last-minute donations continued to trickle in well into 2026.

"The generous support of this community continues to make a real difference to patients and families right here in Chatham-Kent," said Christine Mitchell, CKHAF President & CEO.

These funds will be set aside for essential hospital equipment and programs for both the Chatham and Wallaceburg CKHA locations.

A video created by the CKHAF is up on YouTube, thanking everyone who donated to the campaign.
