Carleton & Kucera Named Top Athletes

Bridget Carleton and Lee Kucera are the 2015 winners of the Dr. Jack Parry Award as the top student athletes in Chatham-Kent.

Carelton, who attends John McGregor Secondary School, plays on the Canadian Jr. Women's National Basketball team and is attending Iowa State in the fall.

Kucera, who goes to Chatham-Kent Secondary School, recently won gold in javelin at the OFSAA track and field meet, and will attend Dalhousie to play baseball.

Both receive a $1,000 scholarship.
