Lakeshore Canadiens Head Coach Rob Serviss is stepping down due to work and family commitments.
General Manager Mark Seguin says Justin Solcz, who's experience includes seven years behind the bench for the University of Windsor Lancers men's hockey team, will take his place.
Sean Voy, who has a decade of coaching experience at the triple-A level, will join Solcz.
Assistants Mike Ditty and Rene Loignon will stay on with the team.
The Canadiens are 5-4-2 this season.
