The Wallaceburg Lakers lost a hard fought 6-4 game against the Mooretown Flags in Great Lakes Junior C hockey on Wednesday.
The Lakers took a 2-0 lead in the first period, but the Flags were able to tie the game with two goals of their own in the second. An action packed third period, saw Mooretown outscore Wallaceburg by two goals for the win.
Justin Lindsay led Wallaceburg with two goals, while Brendan Ritchie and Jacob Theoret each scored one.
