The Detroit Lions are set to claim the top wide receiver on the NFL free agent market, reportedly signing former Cincinnati Bengals wide-out Marvin Jones.

NFL teams can officially sign players as of 4pm today.
This news comes one day after the franchise's best all-time receiver Calvin Johnson, officially announced his retirement.
In his third NFL season, Jones posted 816 yards and four touchdowns, playing behind AJ Green on Cincinnati's depth chart. The year before, he amassed 712 yards and 10 touchdowns.
