The Windsor Spitfires now trail the Kitchener Rangers 2-0 in their playoff series following a 6-4 loss on Saturday.
The two teams remained even in the first two periods with both scoring once in the first, and twice in the second to make in 3-3 going into the final frame. However, the Rangers took the lead in the third, scoring another three goals over one from Windsor.
Mikhail Sergachev led Windsor with two goals, while Jalen Chatfield and Mads Eller each scored once.
The Spits and the Rangers face off again for Game 3 on Monday at 7:05pm.
