The Maroons made the announcement Tuesday night on their Facebook page.
Beenackers played 46 games for the Maroons last season, scoring 19 goals and adding 31 assists.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
Rondeau Harbour and Wheatley Harbour will now have the funding to make infrastructure repairs and upgrades.
