Jr. Hockey Wrap Up – October 7, 2016

In GOJHL action on Friday, the LaSalle Vipers pummeled the St. Marys Lincolns 7-1 for their sixth straight win.

Manny Silverio led the Vipers with a hat trick, while Tyler Russell, Jack Bowler, Jasper Forgrave and Maddux Rychel each scored one.

The Vipers face the London Nationals at home on Sunday at 2:30pm.

Michael Andlauer led the London Nationals to a 4-1 victory over the St. Thomas Stars.

Andlauer scored a hat trick and Adam Sinclair added a goal as well for London.

The Nationals travel to LaSalle to face to the Vipers on Sunday at 2:30pm.

In the PJHL, the Wallaceburg Lakers fell 4-1 to the Dresden Kings in their fourth straight loss.

Kevin Ritzer, Kyle Hachey, Geoffry VandenBoorn and Dillon Liberty scored the four goals for Dresden.

Cory Lucier had the sole goal for Wallaceburg.

The Kings face the Flags in Mooretown on Saturday at 7:30pm. And then on Wednesday at 7:30pm, the Lakers play the Petrolia Flyers at home.

And the Lakeshore Canadiens droped a 5-3 decision to the Mooretown Flags.

Mejoe Gasparovic, Ameen Fadel and Connor Rosaasen scored the three goals for Lakeshore.

The Canadiens are on their home ice on Saturday as they take on the Amherstburg Admirals at 7pm.
