McGregor Girls' Tennis Duo Ousted At OFSAA

The John McGregor SS girls' doubles team of Reese Parks and Alison Rae beat Sudbury, but couldn't power past teams from Welland and Mississauga at OFSAA earlier this week.

On Monday, they beat the girls' team from Sudbury 8-1, but then lost to the no. 3 seeded Welland Notre Dame team 8-0.

On Tuesday, the Panthers girls lost 6-4 to a team from Mississauga -- that loss knocked them out of the competition.

Rookie Diamonds Slip By Port Lambton

Kole Tewkesbury went a perfect 4-for-4 as the Chatham Rookie Diamonds came away with a 12-9 win against Port Lambton on Monday.

Tewkesbury also scored a run and had three RBIs in the win.
