A fire in Plattsville forced the evacuation of around 30 homes from a complex in the town's downtown.
Oxford OPP say the blaze broke out sometime around 6:30am on Saturday, in a building that housed a vacant business and a second-storey apartment.
Police say the occupant got out safely.
Some nearby homes were evacuated due to smoke and wind.
No one was injured in the blaze.
OPP have asked the public for help in identifying a suspect connected to an incident earlier this fall.
