Easter Monday is a regular day of business for many, but not for all.
London's shopping centres including Citi Plaza, White Oaks Mall, Westmount and Masonville Place will all keep regular Monday hours. It's a normal day for most other retail stores and the beer stores. Banks are also open.

However, government offices are closed. There won't be any mail delivery or garbage pick-up. Public library branches are also closed on Monday. Kids are out of school so traffic ought to be lighter than usual.
