The Ontario Provincial Police says on Friday around 1:43pm, the man was found underneath a pick-up truck in a parking lot on 21 Quarry Rd. in Waubaushene.
The man has since been identified as Stephen John Maitland of London.
A post mortem will be conducted at a future date in Barrie.

The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
