It was issued Monday afternoon as a storm system moved into the region from Michigan.
Heavy rain hit the city just after 5 o'clock, but the system moved out of the area by early evening.
Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
Fortunately, no children were on board the bus, but the drivers of both vehicles were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
