The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is asking for the public's help in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada wide warrant for breaching parole.
Richard Martin, 31, is described as 6' tall, with green eyes and short brown hair.
Police say the offender is known to frequent the London area.
He is serving a four year sentence for armed robbery, pointing a firearm, and possession of a weapon.
