Funeral Held For Murder Victim

Members of the Gate Keepers biker gang, Hells Angels and family gathered at a London funeral home to mourn shooting victim Steven Sinclair.

Hundreds of bikers from as far away as Cape Breton waited in the parking lot for hours on Monday afternoon as family members paid their final respects to the 49-year-old bar owner. A procession of bikers followed the hearse carrying his remains into a Dundas St. cemetery.

Sinclair was shot and killed outside his bar at 1161 Hamilton Rd. in the early morning hours of September 6. He was reportedly a member of the Gate Keepers motorcycle club, which is described as a "support club" for Hells Angels.

Police have yet to lay charges in the murder. A total of five people were taken into custody following the gunfire, four  were held in custody on other charges and one was released.

Investigators are looking for a suspect described as a black male between 18-22 years old, 5'8" tall, with a slim build. He was seen fleeing the murder scene that morning.
