Historical sites, galleries, and local businesses are open to the public this weekend.
Culture Days and Doors Open London run all weekend long, with 100 different activities at 42 sites across the city.
Those participating in this year's event include Labatt Park, the Grand Theatre, Jet Aircraft Museum and the London Police Service.
Special bus passes are available for those who want to explore the different sites offering tours.
New locations this year include the newly restored London Roundhouse and 121 Studios, a digital media production workspace.
