The Knights took a 2-0 lead by the end of the second period and extended it to 4-0 in the third. Saginaw finally made it onto the board with one goal, with less than a minute left to play.
Aaron Berisha led London with two goals while Owen MacDonald and JJ Piccinich each scored one.
The Knights are back on the ice on Saturday to take on the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds at 7pm.
