The London Knights beat the Sarnia Sting 4-3 in overtime in OHL action Thursday night.
The Knights took a 2-1 lead in the first period, but it was shot lived with Sarnia tying the game with a goal in the second. The Sting scored again in the third to take the lead, however, the Knights quickly responded with one of their own to tie things at three goals a piece to force overtime.
Knights left winger Max Jones scored the game winner 1:55 into OT.
JJ Piccinich, Nicolas Mattinen and Owen MacDonald scored one goal each for London during regular play.
The Knights take on the Sting once again on Saturday at 7:05pm.
