March appears ready to come in like a lion this year.
Environment Canada has issued a Winter Storm Warning for London and the surrounding area.. The weather agency says a low pressure system that drew moisture from the Gulf of Mexico will arrive in our region Tuesday and bring with it up the potential for up to 25 cm of snow. The snow is expected to start falling Tuesday morning and continue until early Wednesday. The more intense snow fall is expected during the evening hours on Tuesday. Strong winds out of the northwest will cause blowing snow.
The Winter Storm Warning also covers Oxford, Elgin, Huron, Perth, and Lambton counties.
