The London Knights now lead their best-of-seven series with the Kitchener Rangers after a 2-1 win in overtime Tuesday night.
Kitchener got on the board first when Ryan MacInnis scored at 8:25 in the penalty-free first period. The second period saw no goals scored, but plenty of time spent in the box by both teams.
London's Matthew Tkachuk scored in the third to tie it up and send the game into overtime where C.J. Yakimowicz scored to give the Knights the win. London outshot the Rangers 34-31.
The Knights have a chance to sweep the series in Game 4 in Kitchener on Thursday night.
