Oxford OPP say 84-year-old Carl Zarola of Thames Centre was seriously injured in the April 19 collision at the intersection of Road 74 and the 15th Line in Zorra Township. The other driver suffered minor injuries in the crash.
Police are still investigating.
Hospitals in southwestern Ontario are feeling the effects of underfunding, according to a new report by the CCPA.
Fortunately, no children were on board the bus, but the drivers of both vehicles were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
