Oxford OPP say a vehicle was spotted heading east in the westbound lanes near Putnam Rd. just after 9:30pm Monday.
Police found the vehicle pulled off on the shoulder. Fortunately, the vehicle made it off the roadway without striking any other vehicles.
A 49-year-old Aylmer man is charged with careless driving.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
