BlackburnNews.com photoProvincial police say arson charges have been laid after a house fire in Otterville earlier this month.
Oxford OPP were called to the home on John St. around 1:50pm May 4 after a passerby noticed smoking billowing out of the residence.
The homeowner was not home at the time of the blaze and no one was injured. Damage is estimated at approximately $30,000 to $40,000.
A 52-year-old man from Norwich Township is charged with arson-damage to property.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
