The Hamilton Cardinals weren't able to do much with their bats against Cory Hammond on Sunday.
The London Majors pitcher gave up just one hit in six and two-thirds innings as the Majors beat Hamilton 6-5.
Hammond did struggle with his control though, as he walked nine Cardinals batters. Byron Runyon finished the game for London, giving up no hits in two and one-third innings.
London's offence was led by RJ Fuhr, Michael Ambrose and Byron Reichstein. Each had two hits and knocked in a run as the second-place Majors improved to 24-9
Russ Burroughs took the loss for Hamilton. The last-place Cardinals fell to 7-27.
