Provincial police have issued a Canada wide warrant for a federal offender known to frequent London and Brantford.
Matthew Clifford Marshall is wanted for breaching his parole. The 23-year-old is serving a three-year sentence for robbery and assault.
He is described as white, 5’6'', 141 lbs with blonde hair and brown eyes. He has multiple tattoos on his chest and forearms, most notably a machine gun on his left forearm.
