Officers executed a search warrant Wednesday at a home on Wavell St. Police say they found 144 hydromorphone capsules, 34 TEC pills, and about $15,000 in Canadian cash.
Police estimate the value of the drugs at $4,851.
A 32-year-old man and a 31-year-old man are charged with possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of trafficking.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
