Update: Police Find Toddler In Suspected Abduction

Windsor police say an 18-month-old boy, who they suspect was abducted from a home on California Ave. near Pelletier St. has been found safe.

They are still investigating.

Earlier Monday, police identified the suspect as the child's 33-year-old biological mother, Karen Hoyt.

Officials say the boy had been living with another family member.

It's alleged the mother came to the house this morning and left with the child around 8:30am.
