Emergency crews were called to a business on Cockshutt Rd. around 2:15pm on Tuesday.
Norfolk OPP say a 44-year-old man had been working in an area with oxygen deprived rooms in a fruit storage facility when he became unresponsive.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. The death is not considered suspicious.
The Ministry of Labour is investigating.
