A 26-year-old man is dead after a stabbing outside of an east London banquet hall.
London police say they were called to the Imperio Banquet Hall at 109 Falcon St. just after midnight for a report of a disturbance during a Christmas party. When they arrived, they found a man suffering from stab wounds. He was rushed to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Constable Kimberly Flett says seven people have been arrested and remain in custody.
The Major Crimes Unit of the London Police Service has taken over the investigation.
