For the second time in as many days, Middlesex OPP are investigating a fatal crash.
OPP say a woman was killed and a man is fighting for life in hospital after the crash near Hwy. 401 and Wellington Rd.
The car they were in went off the road around 12:20pm Wednesday. Police closed the off-ramp from the eastbound lanes of Hwy. 401 to Wellington Rd. for a few hours while they investigated.
On Tuesday, Middlesex OPP were called to Longwoods Rd. just west of Wardsville, where a Chatham-Kent woman was killed when her car collided head-on with a pickup truck.
