London police have made another arrest in connection with the city's first homicide of 2017.
Police say they picked up 41-year-old William "Billy" Tombs on Tuesday after issuing a warrant for his arrest late last week.
He's charged with manslaughter, forcible confinement, kidnapping, and multiple counts of assault in connection with the death of 24-year-old Matthew Perry of London.
Tombs remains in police custody and is scheduled to appear in court to answer to the charges.
Police are still looking for tips from the public in connection with Perry's death, after he fell from the window of a five-storey apartment building at 446 King St. earlier this month, and later died from his injuries.
Seven other people were also arrested in connection with the case.
