The London Lightning are riding a nine-game win streak after defeating the Niagara River Lions 125-79 on Thursday.
The Lightning took a 27-12 lead in the first quarter and extended it to a big 30 point lead at halftime. The River Lions were able to bridge the point gab slightly in the third, but London hammered Niagara in the final frame to win with a 46 point advantage.
Julian Boyd scored a game high 30 points for London and had 12 rebounds. Ryan Anderson put up 28 points and five rebounds, while Royce White had 21 points and 11 rebounds.
The Lightning will try and extend their streak to ten games when they take on the Orangeville A's on Saturday. Tip off is at Budweiser Gardens at 7pm.
