Collision Sends Two To Hospital With Serious Injuries

Two people have been taken to hospital with serious injuries after being hit by a vehicle Saturday morning.

London police say reports of a collision involving a vehicle and two pedestrians was called in around 2:30am.

The collision took place in the Empire St. and Oxford St. E. area.

The two pedestrians, a 20-year-old female and a 22-year-old male were taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Meanwhile, the 21-year-old male driver was arrested and also taken to hospital.

The Traffic Management Unit has taken over the investigation.
