Fentanyl Seized In Drug Bust

London police say two people are charged after a drug bust that saw officers seize the dangerous drug Fentanyl.

Officers raided a home on Richmond St. on Friday, April 21 and seized two Fentanyl patches, hydromorphone capsules, morphone pills, oxycodone pills, methamphetamine, crack cocaine, and a small amount of marijuana. Police put the value of the drugs at over $6000. Officers also seized $1,400 in Canadian cash and $92 in American cash.

A 51-year-old London man is charged with six counts of possession for the purposes of trafficking in a Schedule 1 substance and possession of a Schedule 2 substance.

A 37-year-old woman is charged with possession of a Schedule 1 substance.
