London fire officials say charges are possible after a fire at a downtown apartment building.
Fire crews were called to a multi-unit apartment building at 244 Hyman St. just after 1am Wednesday.
When they arrived, flames were going up the side of the house. Luckily, everyone got out and no injuries were reported.
However, a fire department spokesman says investigators may be looking at smoke-alarm related charges against the landlord.
Damage to the building is estimated at $100,000.
