Police raided a home on June 30 and seized 20 g of crystal methamphetamine, 6 g of marijuana, $1,280 in cash, a weigh scale, and a 2011 BMW.
The estimated street value of the methamphetamine is $2,000.
A 26-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman, both of London, are charged with drug possession and possession for the purpose of trafficking.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
