Lianne Potter went missing on July 5 at 6pm at the St. Thomas Public Library. A missing person report was filed after she did not return to her home.
Potter has since been located in St. Thomas and is safe.
Police are thanking the public for its assistance.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
