Fire crews were called to the blaze on Pigram Line around 3:48am on Wednesday. Oxford OPP say the shed contained large farm machinery.
Pigram Line remained closed in the area for several hours.
The fire is not deemed to be suspicious at this time.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
