A 16-year-old Tillsonburg youth is charged with theft after allegedly stealing some clothes from a donation bin.
Oxford County OPP say a witness gave them a call at around 8:20pm Tuesday after seeing a male youth go through some donation bins behind a business on Tillson Ave. in Tillsonburg.
Officers say the youth was allegedly spotted taking some items from the bins before fleeing the area on a bicycle.
Police caught up with a suspect a short distance away and arrested him. Officers say the stolen property includes some clothing and various other small items.
