Middlesex County OPP say they have one person in custody, but no charges have been laid yet after officers received a report of a "disturbance" in Dorchester.
Investigators say someone contacted police at around 3am Friday and told them that a man had left a property on Marion St., possibly armed with a weapon.
Officers searched the area with help from the OPP's Unmanned Aerial System.
Police say a suspect voluntarily surrendered himself to officers at around 6:30am Friday and police were able to confirm that he was not armed and didn't pose any threat to the public.
The investigation is ongoing.
