Police are looking for a suspect after a woman was sexually assaulted in east London.
The London Police Service says on Monday around 5:15pm, the woman was walking south along the east side of First St. near Dundas St., when an unknown man approached her from behind and inappropriately touched her. The man then took off heading south on First St.
The suspect is described as a black male in his 20s, around 6'0" tall, with a slim build, and shoulder-length curly black hair. He was last seen wearing a red basketball jersey with the word “Rose” in white lettering on the back across the top, shorts and running shoes.
Police are also looking to speak to a female witness who asked the victim if she was okay following the assault.
