Police say Lucien Deleen was reported missing Saturday morning. He had been missing since between 2pm and 3pm Friday.
Family members said he did not take his medication with him, so there was concern for his well-being.
A 36-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection to the sexual assault of a child.
Police responded to 11 incidents between July 26 and August 19.
